Property Protection
Before a single shingle comes off, we tarp the lawn, beds and side yard so nails and debris land on plastic, not in the grass.
Tear-Off
The old shingles and underlayment were stripped down to the roof deck so we could see every board.
Decking
New OSB decking went down across the slopes, giving the new roof a solid, flat nailing surface around every pipe vent.
Valleys & Underlayment
Metal valley flashing was set in each valley, then the deck was dried in with synthetic underlayment and a starter course at the eaves.
Shingle Install
Shingles went on slope by slope over the new underlayment.
Final Roof
Finished hips, ridge and vents, with the yard cleaned up before the crew left.
