Our crew completed a full roof replacement on a home in Irving, TX in a single day. Here is the job from start to finish.
Protecting the property
Before tear-off, the crew laid tarps over walkways, flower beds and landscaping to catch debris and nails.
Tear-off
The old roof came off down to the decking so the crew could check every board before anything new went on.
Underlayment
Synthetic underlayment went down across the whole roof as the water barrier under the shingles.
New shingles, vents and pipe boots
Next came the new shingles, along with new roof vents and pipe boots, the spots where most roof leaks start.
Finished in one day
The finished roof, installed and cleaned up the same day.
