Property Protection

Decking
With the roof open, the crew checked the deck and the skylight curbs before anything new went down.
Repairs & Flashing
New pipe boot and chimney flashing, tied into the new shingles so water runs off the roof instead of into it.
Underlayment
GAF leak barrier went in around the skylights, with synthetic underlayment across the rest of the deck.
Install
New shingles going on, with each skylight sealed into the field.
Final Roof
Ridge cap on and the job wrapped up: a clean, finished roof.
